Rental Property Repairs
Certified Plumbing Company, Inc. has been in the plumbing service business for over 40 years. We have gained the trust of many clients who live in the Denver Metro area or who have moved out of state. These rental property owners have relied on Certified Plumbing Company to contact the property owners, troublshoot the problem and get the estimate for the required repairs to the owner to decide on action to take.
We will coordinate any repairs with the rental occupant, verifiy repairs that are owner approved and take on the responsibility for timely completion of the repairs or improvements to be completed.
After repairs are completed, we clean up after our work at the job site and communicate as directed to bothe the renter/occupant and the property owner. We then prepare a staetment ad bill the property owner for the authorized repairs completed.
This process makes a seamless and smooth transition from the initial plumbing problem through to completion and satisfaction of all concerned parties. We will also coordinate scheduling the job stages with other tile setters and contractors involved.
